Our procedures to promote community safety and guest comfort.

To offer service and protect our community, we have made substantial changes in procedures, and investments in training, and investment in equipment.
You may notice these changes as we adjust to a new normal. You will still receive our exceptional service and high-quality massage and facial services. These procedures prioritize community health and comfort of service.
These are formed from science-based U.S. CDC recommendations, workshops, and textbooks on preventing disease transmission in massage therapy. Our team has invested in over 40 changes and $3,000 make the needed changes for our times. Our training includes a week-long conference.
As better information becomes available, we are updating these procedures.
Among the procedures and changes include:
Distancing
Online intake form to limit conversational intake time
Therapist's mouth covering for client greeting and massage.
Face masks available to clients. Eye covering available to team (clear goggles)
No cross-over time between guests. Appointments are timed to allow for air circulation, cleaning, and less contact between clients and staff
Contact surfaces
Disinfect high-touch surfaces between each appointment.
Disinfect the entire building daily
Fresh linens and towels each client.
Shoe wipe upon entrance
Hand washing 30 seconds between appointments
Alcohol 85% gel upon entrance
Spa Team health monitor
Therapist temperature checks each day
Therapist's mouth covering for client greeting and massage.
Therapist household symptoms reported.
Cancellation allowed for any symptoms by clients with no loss of deposit
Air Quality and Circulation
Air filter high-quality HEPA air filter
Window ventilation before and after the massage, and during upon request
Fresh air circulation during massage
Antiviral essential oils used for aromatherapy
Antiviral green tea offered for each client after massage
Services
Facial massage eliminated from default full body massage and is available upon request

Our Refreshing Facial Upgrade for Facial Care
We offer refreshing facial care to rejuvenate your skin, bringing back the glow to your face and smile.
The refreshing facial is a 7 step process using a fully organic product great for all skin types.
Our facials begin with a facial cleaning, then exfoliation, then with the application of a mask to oxygenate the cells, with the effect of removing dead cells as a gentle peel. After removing the mask, we apply a collagen tonic, then hydrating cream around the eyes. Finally, we apply a light sunblock.
The integrated facial is an upgrade on the massage, and begins in the last part of the massage, and extends the time of the massage by 10min. The Full Facial is a 50 min facial.
We use an organic skin product, SEYTU, that works beautifully for all skin types. The process is by hand, no machines or big scary equipment;)
Many clients ask for a Facial Upgrade during their massages. For an upgrade, we include this facial during the massage time. The process is about 35minutes and we continue the massage during the facial. For example, when the mask is working, your facial care therapist will be massaging your body.
You can also request a facial by itself as a stand-alone appointment. You will not need to remove your clothing and we will massage parts of your body while the facial products are working their magic.

Nuestros tratamientos faciales comienzan con una limpieza facial, exfoliación, luego con la aplicación de una máscara para oxigenar las células, con un efecto removedor de células muertas. Después de quitar la máscara, aplicamos un tónico de colágeno y luego una crema hidratante alrededor de los ojos. Finalmente, aplicamos un bloqueador solar ligero.

Many of you have asked about visiting your rental or home here in Baja Norte. Yes, we do offer mobile massage and facial! Rates are usually about $1 a minute depending on location, therapy and distance.
We can bring up to 4 male or female therapists to everywhere from Real del Mar Golf Course in Rosarito to La Bufadora in South Ensenada, and Valle de Guadalupe.
Keep in mind I do chair work for offices and parties too: 15 min chair massage is a great way to relax from work stress or socialize at a summer party.
