One of the best massages I've ever had! I booked a couples massage package for my wife and I on the day we were supposed to port in Ensenada from our cruise ship. The staff were super friendly and professional from the time we were picked up to when they dropped us off downtown. Highly recommended for anyone in town for the day or on vacation! Pleasant and relaxing experience. Well called the spa with short (1hr) notice and they were able to accommodate us for a massage and facial. Rooms were ready upon arrival. Clean and professional staff. Jesse was polite and wanted to ensure we enjoyed our experience. Great spot! Very easy to book and make any changes. We did a 60 min couples massage while staying in town for a couple of days and it was a highlight of our trip. We had Flor and Vanessa and they were extremely professional. Can't wait to come back! Alli Toohey, San Francisco

1) Upon booking from the US I had a lot of questions/inquiries into services. They were very prompt and able to assist with them all.

2) Our cruise got diverted due to weather. So we didn't dock on the original date, but 2 days later as they reversed the itinerary. I emailed/WhatsApp and the were able to move the reservation to accomodate... which was so amazing and wonderful.

3) The ambiance and couples massages room is amazing. They are very professional and ready for us with a warm massage bed.

4) we got the couples 120 massage and add on facials. It was absolutely amazing. It was so relaxing that I was in a deep trance and the most relaxed I have been in years. Their massage therapists are knowledgeable and provide a relaxing environment where you can really enjoy the experience. If you’re looking for a stress-free tour in Ensenada, don’t hesitate to book this company. Service is superb from providing instructions for a meet-up days before, to the wonderful massage, and the drop-off back to the cruise ship. We opted for a horseback ride by the beach and a massage combo and the experience was memorable. The staff was the best!! I don’t remember their names anymore but each one of them is friendly. They even included hot stones for free as we had to wait a little bit before our turn for the massage. Nonetheless, we arrived back on the cruise ship before the call time. Christie Taleb

Absolutely incredible experience. They picked us up from the cruise port . We had a 90 minutes couples massage which was phenomenal!! Then Jesse arranged for us to have a private drive to La Blowhole Bufadora . Pablo was so kind and stopped at the Taco Factory. We went for a Saturday morning couple's massage with Kim and Carla. Everything was lovely. We were greeted warmly, ushered through the warm and welcoming lobby upstairs to the couple's room. It smelled wonderful, was sparkling clean and comfy. The massage itself was awesome. Really perfect. My husband and I have different preferences and each got what we wanted/needed from the massage. My husband had a recent surgery and the therapist was mindful to accommodate. Free street parking. A nice breakfast spot right next door! We will be back soon. Kelly Baldwin

The tour driver you hired to take us to the horses was the nicest guy and even called before to make sure we didn’t have to wait when we got there.

Review of Shore Excursion Couples Massage

Great massage! We booked a massage on a stop in Ensenada on a Carnival cruise. Pickup at the port was super convenient. They arrived 20 min early. The shop was clean and I felt very safe. Massage was great!
