Whenever possible, we are flexible and put customers first. To be fair to other clients and our team and excursion partners, a couple of agreements:

No Port No Pay!: If your ship does not pay or allow you off, we refund deposit automatically!

Community Donation Matching to Dog & Cat Rescue: We donate monthly to local animal shelter, Los Adoptables. We invite you to join us, and we will match any contribution up to $50usd. Just email Jesse a screen shot of donation!

Deposits and Refunds:

Massage in Spa: May lose deposit if

  • Within 24 hours, cancel or reschedule or reduce group size

  • Your message time massage may be shortened if you arrive more than 5 min late and we have fully booked day.

Mobile Massage: May lose deposit if

  • Cancelation/ reschedule within 24 hours.

  • If we arrive on time and are waiting for more than 15 min for you to be at your room, we may need to shorten the massage time with no reduction in cost.

Cruise packages with pick-up

  • Back-to-ship Guarantees any pickup until 1:30.

  • Automatic reschedule if the ship changes port day

  • Refund if ship cancels port

  • More than 15 minutes late for pick up may cause a shortening massage without price reduction.

  • Cancellation of a person in a group wishing 24hours, possible loss of deposit

  • Deposit loss possibly if canceled or rescheduled within 24hrs.

Excursions Tours: May lose deposit if

  • Cancel appointments within 24 hours

  • Reduce the of participants within 24 hours

  • Larger tours with larger vehicles (9+) Deposit may be lost for cancel within 72 hours. We may be able to apply to a reschedule.

  • For ATV in Valle, non-refundable within 3 days. For Yachts, non-refundable within 3 days. We may be able to apply to reschedule.

Extra Room Requests:

  • Our large rooms, couples and groups allow for dividing the room from ceiling to floor with a heavy curtain, for visual separation only audio shared.

  • Couples or friends booking packages and requesting separate rooms, we can honor requests for separate rooms with a 20$ fee. On non-busy days, no extra charge.

Refunds

  • If we don’t deliver the requested services we offer a partial or full refund.

  • Every therapist has as bad day. If our team gives a bad massage, let us know an we will make it right.

  • Large payment refunds by credit card may incur a processing fee that the credit card charges to us.Refunds

TIPS: Tips are optional, and customary in Mexican culture for massage therapists to receive tips. Tips generally reflect the quality of the massage and communication. You may do this in cash is best, or digitally when you pay at reception should you not have cash. We ask our therapists to not to wait for their tip in the reception room after the massage.

PAYMENT: Payment is done before your massage. There are no refunds for massage and/or gift card purchases.

COMMUNICATION: Our therapists speak basic English, and our reception/management staff speak very well. During the check-in for massage, you will have chance to mention any special instructions to management and reception. If during the massage your therapist is not able to respond to your additional requsets, please feel free to request reception, or management and let us know at the front desk staff after.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS: If you have any medical conditions that may not be suitable for massage, please tell the front desk staff prior to your massage. Please be aware that massage may cause temporary bruising, swelling, skin discoloration, and pain.

QUIET: Once you have entered the massage room, please turn off your cell phone and keep noise to a minimum. If you need to communicate, please whisper. Even though we try to keep the facility as quiet as possible, there may be some noise.

LATE APPOINTMENTS: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be given to someone else or you may lose time from your massage. Please arrive to your appointment on time.

REFUND POLICY: In the case of completed massage services, missed appointments, dissatisfaction, or any other reason, we do not offer refunds. We encourage our clients to communicate with us about any concerns or issues they may have, so we can work together to find a solution that ensures satisfaction.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: If you have any special requests such as a particular therapist, please make your request when booking your appointment to ensure that it is available.

LOST or STOLEN ITEMS: Please keep your belongings with you. We have many customers throughout the day. Ensenada massage is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Gift cards that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
